What to Expect on Your First Visit
1. Show up early
Arrive 10–15 minutes before class to fill out a quick waiver and meet the coach.
2. Dress to move
Wear comfortable athletic clothes. We have loaner gloves and gear for your first session.
3. Jump in
You'll train with the class from day one. Every session is structured for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
4. No pressure
Your first class is free. If you like it, we'll walk you through membership options. No hard sell.

Easy Parking & Entrance:
We're located in the yellow building across from the McDonald's at Nittany Mall. Park in the lot and follow the posted signs inside the building. Our gym is through the third set of doors on the left. For a visual guide, check out our Gallery for a quick video walkthrough.
After 5:00 PM, members may also use our secondary lot – the first right turn off Decibel Road. Both lots are free and within a short walk to our entrance, making it easy to access evening classes.

Where are you located?
We’re at 2820 East College Avenue, State College, PA 16801 – just minutes from Penn State campus with free parking available.
Do I need to sign up before my first class?
No sign-up needed. Just show up 10–15 minutes early, fill out a quick waiver, and you’re in. Your first class is free.
What programs do you offer?
We offer boxing (including women’s classes), MMA built on Kosen Judo and Muay Thai, youth boxing for ages 8–16, and private coaching in all disciplines. See our full schedule.
What does a membership cost?
Boxing and MMA memberships are $80/month each, youth boxing is $60/month, and the combo plan is $125/month. No contracts – cancel anytime. Drop-in sessions are also available. See full pricing details.
Can Penn State students train here?
Absolutely. Many of our members are Penn State students and staff. Coach Derek Roth also leads the Penn State Boxing Club. We’re close to campus with evening and Saturday class times that fit a student schedule.
